XAVIER BOARD Platinum Jubilee and Annual General Body Meeting, 2026

Date: 06th Noon – 8th Noon November, 2026 (3 Days)

Venue: St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology, Choondacherry, Pala, Kerala

The Registration fee is Rs. 4,000/- per person

Theme: “Forging the Architects of New India”

Important notes to proceed with the registration:

  • The Registration for the XB platinum Jubilee and Annual General Body Meeting,2026 will commence in 21st August 2026 and will be closed on September 21st, 2026.
  • First Come, First Serve.
  • Accommodation will be available from 6th to 8th November, 2026 only.
  • Please choose the number of days for your stay with payment. No modifications, change of place can be made after your accommodation is registered.
  • Receipts for the payment will not be issued to the delegates from the XB National Office, as you will receive an online payment confirmation receipt after the registration from the portal.
  • Refund will not be entertained.
  • The room price is quoted for one person per day staying in the room multiplied by for a specified number of days.
  • Every Delegate must register separately from the respective XB member Institutions only..
  • Please ensure that the delegate receives the confirmation letter for their registration from the XB Nation Office by 6th November,2026
  • 3 delegates can register via the form provided. (i.e. Manager/ Secretary/ Correspondent, Principal & Faculty preferably XB Networking Coordinator.) Please note: The attendance is strictly reserved for registered participants, and substitutions or replacements for this meeting will not be entertained.
  • More than 3 delegates can either register via multiple entries of this form or connect directly with the xavier board for registration
  • Please note, that delegates from the same Institution will not be provided the same room in case of Double Sharing. In unavoidable circumstances call us at the XB National Office and get the confirmation of the same.
  • The registration will be considered invalid within 24 hours if the payment procedure is incomplete or pending. Therefore, please ensure that your payment has been confirmed with a receipt. Otherwise, the delegate as to re-register for the same.
