XAVIER BOARD ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING (AGM) 2024

Date: 14th – 16th September, 2024 (3 Days)
Venue: Trinity College, Jalandhar, Punjab

The Registration fee for the XB AGM 2024 is Rs. 3,800/- per person
Theme: “Evolving Trends in Higher Education in the Digital Age”

Important notes to proceed with the registration:

  • The XB Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) 2024 registration will commence in July 2024 and will be closed on August 31, 2024.
  • Be the first to register for the XB AGM 2024 at Jalandhar.
  • Accommodation will be available only from 14th to 16th September, 2024.
  • Receipts for the payment will not be issued to the delegates from the XB National Office, as you will receive an online payment confirmation receipt after the registration from the portal.
  • Please choose the number of days for your stay. No modifications can be made after your accommodation is registered.
  • Refund will not be entertained after the confirmation of your registration for the Meeting.
  • The room price is quoted for one person per day staying in the room for a specified number of days.
  • Each Delegate must register separately from the respective XB member Institutions only.
  • Please ensure the delegate receives the confirmation letter for their registration from the XB National Office prior to XB AGM, 2024
  • Only 3 delegates are expected to register from each Institution i.e. Manager/ Secretary/ Correspondent, Principal & XB Networking Coordinator. If the specified person is not able to attend the Meeting and wants to make alternate arrangements, kindly get the official letter signed by the Principal of the Institution and keep the XB National Office informed regarding the changes with the mentioned document.
  • Please note, that delegates from the same Institution will not be provided the same room in case of Double Sharing. A special request has to be made to the XB National office in case you require the same shared room
  • There are no single and triple-sharing rooms available.
  • Participants who prefer a single room can make their own arrangements at nearby hotels with reasonable prices. Kindly contact the XB National Office for further details concerning hotel availability.
  • Transportation is available only from the Bus station and Railway station.
  • The registration will be considered invalid within 24 hours if the payment procedure is incomplete or pending. Therefore, please ensure that your payment has been confirmed with a receipt.
