XAVIER BOARD XXV Triennial Conference 2025

Date: 18th Noon – 21st Noon October, 2025 (3 Days)

Venue: St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, Karnataka

The Registration fee for the XB Triennial Conference is Rs. 3,800/- per person

Theme: “Empowering minds, Embracing Change: Reimagining Catholic Higher Education for a Global Tomorrow”

Important notes to proceed with the registration:

  • The XB Triennial Conference 2025 registration will commence on 5th August 2025 and will be closed on 10th September, 2025.,
  • Be the first to register for the XB Triennial Conference at Mangalore.
  • Accommodation will be available from 18th to 21st October, 2025 as per your requirements.
  • Delegates will not receive receipt seperately, as you will receive online acknowledgement upon successful payment.
  • Please choose the number of days for your stay. No modifications can be made after your accommodation is registered.
  • Once the registration for the Triennial is confirmed, refund will not be entertained.
  • The room price is quoted for one person per day staying in the room multiplied by specified number of days.
  • Every Delegate must register separately from the respective XB member Institutions only.
  • Please ensure that the delegate receives the confirmation letter for their registration from the XB National Office prior to XB Triennial Conference, 2025.
  • Only 3 delegates can register from each Institution i.e. Manager/ Secretary/ Correspondent, Principal & Faculty preferably XB Networking Coordinator. Incase the Principal is not able to be present and desires to send her delegate – Authorization letter should be produced at the registration counter.
  • All deputed persons will compulsorily carry the hard copy of the Authorization letter duely signed by the Principal of the Institution.
  • Please note, that delegates from the same Institution will not be provided the same room in case of Double Sharing. In unavoiadiable circumstances call us at the XB National Office and get the confirmation of the same.
  • Transportation is available from the Bus stations (KSRTC Bus Stand (Bejai) and Railway station (Mangalore Central (MAQ), Mangalore Junction (MATN) and Mangalore International Airport (MIA) Bajpe).
  • The registration will be considered invalid within 24 hours if the payment procedure is incomplete or pending. Therefore, please ensure that your payment has been confirmed with a receipt. Otherwise, the delegate as to re-register for the same.
