Air Travel for distance more than 600 km or requiring overnight train / bus travel.
Budget airlines / Economy tickets to be booked by the college. No provision for pre-booked / inflight meal /snacks. Payment for Incidentals: Rs. 500/- per travel. All members to be accommodated in one of the following facilities, subject to availability a) Institutional Guest house having good facilities. b) Diocesan / Congregation’s Guest House having good facilities
By Train
By 3rdAC / CC for distances less than 600 kms or where air travel is not available.
Payment for Incidentals of Rs. 500/- per travel. (First Class Executive Coach, etc.,travel must be avoided).

By Bus

Payment for Incidentals of Rs. 500/- per travel.
Payment for Incidentals of Rs. 500/- per travel.
Local Travel: From residence to airport / station and vice-versa, as well as from airport / station to Hotel /institution and vice – versa, by taxi, (preferably Ola/Uber) on actual basis, must be paid by the Institution on production of receipt / voucher claim. Alternatively, the institution may make arrangements to pick and drop the team members from the airport /station /bus stand.
